Working Principle
- Primary Crushing
Large stones from the storage hopper are evenly fed into the jaw crusher via a vibrating feeder, where high-pressure compression breaks
them into smaller fragments.
Jaw crushers utilize fixed and movable plates to generate compressive force, ideal for reducing hard materials like granite or basalt. - Secondary/Tertiary Crushing
Crushed materials are conveyed to a cone crusher or impact crusher for fine crushing.
Cone crushers use a gyrating mantle to compress materials against a concave liner, ensuring uniform particle sizes.
