MVF Vibrating Feeder

MVF Vibrating Feeders are equipped with both feeding and screening functions before the crushing of the crusher. At the same time, it can remove the soil and other impurities and improve the efficiency of the crusher to the maximum extent while transporting the material evenly to the crusher.It is suitable for installation and use on mobile crushing unit and is necessary equipment in crushing and screening production line. This series vibration feeder is a kind of new type vibrating feeder equipment. It also has replaced the electromagnetic vibrating feeder widely in many occasions.Because it uses vibration motor as vibration source, so its speed and power have a very stong controllability, by controlling the speed and transmission power of the motor can quantitatively control the feeding capacity. So it is very convenient in the actual application.

Vibrating feeders are widely used in mining,building material, silicate and chemical industry in the crushing and screening plants. In the sand stone production line,vibrating feeder can send materials to crusher evenly and continuously. Features

1. Advanced structure, maximum strength frame, heavy eccentric shaft enhances the screen stroke;

3. Can use steel-plate screen cloth, steel-wire weave screen cloth, rubber plate cloth and polyurethane screen cloth;
4. The slope of screen can be chosen between 15 degree and 25 degree, the standard slope of screen is 20 degree;
5. It is easily installed on portable plant or firm foundation with easy maintenance.

Working principle:

Vibrating screen uses electric exciter as vibrating source, the material will be thrown around the screen, at the same time doing forward sports, in order to achieve the screening purpose. Material from the feeder evenly enters into the machine’s feeding inlet, with multilayer sieves to produce various of products and unqualified products on the screen or under the screen, then discharging from the outlet respectively. It can be used in the automatic production line.
