TY Horizontal Screen

TY horizontal screen are elliptical motion track vibrating screen, suitable for large, medium and small size materials dry or wet screening. It can adjust the vibration times, amplitude and vibration direction angle to meet the requirements of different process conditions and materials for screening effect. The large exciting force and elliptical motion trajectory greatly improve the sieve processing capacity and the sieve performance. Shorter fuselage design and horizontal installation form can greatly reduce the equipment installation height, especially suitable for mobile crushing and screening machine group.

Working Principle

Vibrating screen uses electric exciter as vibrating source, the material will be thrown around the screen, at the same time doing forward sports, in order to achieve the screening purpose. Material from the feeder evenly enters into the machine’s feeding inlet, with multilayer sieves to produce various of products and unqualified products on the screen or under the screen, then discharging from the outlet respectively. It can be used in the automatic production line.
