Vertical shaft impact crusher design and other impact equipment depends on the ore and hard object between the impact, therefore, they have the same basic characteristics with other impact crusher, its design is better than the extrusion. This kind of top feed, bottom-driven vertical shaft impact crusher is lightweight and compact, making it easy to install in existing or new workflow.
Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher works as below: The materials enter the crusher through feeder hopper, which is divided into two parts, one part entering into the rotating through the middle of distributor impeller at high speed, then is accelerated, and shot through the tunnels around the impeller by the speed of 60-75 meter/second.
First the materials will impact with some materials fallen around distributor, hit on the crushing chamber together, then will be rebounded and impact on the top of the crushing chamber, changes its direction and goes down, forms continual material layers with the materials shot from the impeller.
Therefore some materials will be impacted, crushed, milled twice or more times in the crushing chamber, then crushed materials will be discharged through the bottom. This can form a closed circulation system;
In general, the sand forming percentage increases 20-30% and the product shape is good. Airflow self-circulation in the crushing chamber can eliminate the dust pollution well. It is the first choice in manufacturing sand and its shape correction industries.
